New year, same update schedule

So the plan was to present to you a picture of the final Christmas card photo I designed this year, but things didn’t go as planned. Instead of putting the file in an appropriate spot on my hard drive, I instead placed it in a temporary folder and promptly deleted the contents of said folder. Thus, the card is gone, lost, removed. Whoops. Sorry.
I thought, when I started this post last night, that I was going to have a large library of photos taken since the last post here. Unfortunately, when I actually went back to view the photos I’d taken, I realized that work at Ritz had been so intense that I’d taken very few photos during December. All I have to present are a few photos taken in Holly, during a festival celebrating The Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens. Because I only grabbed my 50mm lens to take with me to the festival, most of the shots I took ended up pretty bad, considering the distance between me and the performers. However, I did get a few good shots of a nearby train museum, where men had spent years building a train track set in a large building. The tree image was one I had laying around.
Today’s Image is one I took yesterday, before the record high temperatures melted most of the snow away. It’s a snow globe in snow, as the title suggests.
Okay, well, I guess that’s it for me for now. Nothing new, really.
